Pop/Folk, Soul, Singer-songwriter

Independent Canadian/US dual singer/songwriter, Gemini-Award winning actress, and Mom of two, Alexz Johnson is based both in NYC and Toronto, Canada. Portraying musicians and lending her soulful sound and passionate songwriting style to both film and TV (Disney’s So Weird, Instant Star (The N), Pretty Little Liars, Blue on HULU), Alexz has garnered a massive and loyal international fan following.

After years of being signed and held by multiple major labels, Alexz decided to claim her independence by carving her own path in the industry. Raising funds directly from her fanbase she's continued to finance her tours, albums, and music videos. In ’23 & ’24, Alexz, with her family, headlined a EU/UK and North American tour promoting her 5th studio album 'Seasons' (released April 7th, '23). 'Seasons', was written and recorded remotely at Alexz’s home studio during the pandemic, with the financial help from her thriving Patreon community.
